The Full/Student Registration fee includes:

An official name label, the only entrance pass to official conference events

Access to all scientific sessions, satellite symposiums, workshops and exhibitions

Free reception party on September 19.

Complimentary coffee and tea breaks
The Spouse’s payment includes the reception party, but not scientific sessions, workshops and satellite symposium.
Cancellation and Refund:
The cancellation and refund requests should be submitted before August 5, 2008 in writing to Conference Secretariat. 50% refunds will be given for cancellations before August 5, 2008. No refunds will be obtainable after August 5, 2008. Please understand that all refunds will be mailed after the Conference. |
